▍Shopping Process

Select product → Add to cart → Choose payment method → Fill in details → Submit order

▍Shipping Time

Orders placed before 8:00 PM on weekdays are shipped the same day, and are expected to arrive at the designated convenience store within 2–3 days.

You will receive a shipping notification via order message and email before dispatch.
A text message will be sent when the package arrives at the convenience store.

※ Please collect your package within 7 days after arrival. Uncollected parcels will incur a NT$65 re-shipping fee.

▍Return & Exchange Policy

If you wish to return or exchange an item, please contact our LINE customer service within 3 days after receiving the product and provide photos for verification.

Items must remain unworn, unwashed, and include all original packaging and tags.
If your order included a free gift, please return it together with the item.

※ The 7-day appreciation period is not a trial period.

Exchange Rules:

Only same-style items can be exchanged for a different color or size.
If you wish to exchange for a different product, please request a return and place a new order.

Second Return / Exchange Policy:

Second return: For a second return within the same order, a NT$60 shipping fee will be deducted from the refund.
Second exchange: For a second exchange, customers are responsible for a round-trip shipping fee of NT$120 (remit NT$60 before we send out the replacement).

▍Refund Method

Online payment: Refunds will be processed through the original payment method (credit card / mobile payment). Actual posting time depends on your bank’s processing schedule.
Cash on delivery: Please provide your bank account details when requesting a return. Refunds will be transferred within 3–5 business days after the returned product is confirmed.

▍Washing Instructions

Please turn garments inside out, place them in a laundry bag before washing, and let them air dry naturally.

Wash dark and light colors separately to prevent color transfer.
