International Shipping & Return Policy
Applicable regions: Hong Kong, Macau, Singapore, Malaysia
Shipping Fee Payment: The shipping fee will be collected by SF Express upon delivery (freight collect).
Shipping Fee Details: The fee is calculated based on the package size and weight. The basic rate starts from NTD 400 (approx. HKD 100). Please review before placing your order.
Delivery Time: Order processing takes about 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Delivery usually takes around 5 days.
Notice: All items are packed and shipped in protective carton boxes to ensure product safety during transportation.
By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to the international shipping terms and fees.
Currently, only returns are accepted for international orders. Exchanges are not available.
▍1. How to Apply
Please contact our customer service via the official LINE account (@1atm) within 7 days of receiving the product and provide the following information:
- Order number
- Photo of the unopened product
- Reason for return
Our team will confirm the details and provide the return address and instructions. Please do not return items without prior contact, as unregistered returns may delay the refund process.
※ The 7-day return period is not a trial period. Please keep the packaging intact and return the item in its original condition.
▍2. Return Conditions
- Return requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.
- Items must be unworn and unwashed.
- Tags and packaging must remain intact and undamaged.
- Products must be in original condition without signs of use or damage.
▍3. Shipping Fee Handling
Both outbound and return shipments use SF Express (freight collect). The shipping cost is shared between both parties and will be adjusted during the refund process based on the difference between outbound and return fees.
Example: If the original shipping fee is NTD 500 and the return shipping fee is NTD 400, the difference of NTD 100 will be reflected in the final refund (refunded or deducted accordingly).
▍4. Refund Methods
- Credit Card Refund: The refunded amount will be returned to the original credit card. Processing takes about 7–10 business days (actual posting time may vary by bank).
- Store Credit (Recommended): You may convert your refund into store credit and receive an additional NTD 50 bonus. Store credit has no expiration date and can be used for future purchases. Example: If your refund amount is NTD 100, you will receive NTD 150 in store credit.
